Protocolized prior consultation of the Raizal Statute

The national government, coordinated by the Ministry of the Interior through the Directorate of Affairs for Black Communities and the Legal Advisory Office, advanced the process of prior consultation of the draft statute of the Raizal Statute, which seeks to claim and protect the rights of the people ethnic root for their survival.
